- Begin and end each day with Prayer, Meditation & Reflection.
- Keep life Simple.
- Cultivate Gratitude.
- Find at least half an hour for Solitude every day.
- Keep home picked up.
- Create quiet surroundings at home/work.
- Don’t rush, don’t overschedule.
- Be realistic and strive for it.
- Never make a Promise if you can’t keep it.
- Know your limits and limitations.
- Always carry something to read.
- Listen music.
- Breath deeply and often.
- Drink water – a lot.
- Eat only when hungry.
- Laugh more and often.
- Don’t answer phone during dinner.
- Stop trying to please everybody; start pleasing yourself.
- Let mother nature nurture.
- Stay away from bad/negative people.
- Nurture good friendships.
- Create boundaries.
- Approach problems as challenges.
- Exchange security for serenity.
